Afin de télécharger votre certificat, connectez vous à votre profil GOLD AVENUE, allez dans votre portefeuille et en bas de page sélectionnez "générer attestation".

Cette option n'est disponible que 24h après votre commande. Si après ces 24h vous n'arrivez toujours pas à générer votre certificat, veuillez contacter notre service client.
