How much does it cost to ship my stored products from the GOLD AVENUE vaults?
If you'd like to receive your stored products, the shipping costs will depend on the amount, value and destination of your shipment. You can calculate your shipping costs using the tool on our Pricing page.
Please note that higher shipping fees will apply for orders over CHF 50'000 in value, or 30 kg, they will be calculated based on the total amount of your order and the chosen delivery location.

GOLD AVENUE fully insures all of its shipments. The insurance ends as soon as you sign the confirmation of receipt.Few readersIs a signature required upon delivery or pickup of my products?
All GOLD AVENUE shipments require a signature upon delivery or pickup. If your shipment appears to be damaged or tampered with, do not sign or accept the delivery. Shipping insurance ends once the products are signed for and/or delivered.Few readersCan I track my delivery?
It usually takes 4-15 open days to receive your order.
You will receive by e-mail the different stages of the preparation of your package. Once shipped you will receive the tracking number and will be able to follow it directly in the transporter's page.Few readersWhat should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?
Refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with. Insurance on your package will end once your shipment has been signed for and/or delivered. If you refuse your shipment, it will be returned to GOLD AVENUE for inspection.Few readersDo you ship internationally?
Yes, we use UPS and regular post for shipping throughout Europe.

If your country does not appear in the list however, you can still buy products on our platform and store them in our secured vaults. You can resell your stored products at any time and with 0% commission.Few readersWhat is your return policy?
GOLD AVENUE only sells brand new products. We don't accept any returns except for products with defects. In this case they will be replaced or refunded according to our Terms & Conditions. Note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been signed and/or delivered. Please make sure your product has not been altered or tampered with before signing or accepting your delivery.Few readersCan I send my order to a post office box?
For security reasons, our deliveries require a signature, therefore we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
If you enter a P.O. Box address, we will not be able to proceed with your delivery.

No, the name of the recipient of an order must match with the name of the account holder. However, you can gift in one click a stored product to another GOLD AVENUE customer directly from your Wallet page.Few readersCan someone else sign on my behalf for a delivery?
In countries with home deliveries, delivery is done by hand. In all cases the account holder can receive the shipment upon presentation of an official ID document.Few readers
