In order to guarantee the quality of our precious metals, GOLD AVENUE only buys back products currently stored in our secured vaults. We cannot buy any products that have been delivered or stored elsewhere. To sell your stored products, simply go to your Wallet page and select the products you want to sell.

Can I sell or store precious metals that I have at home on GOLD AVENUE?

Accepted Answer

We do not buy products that have been shipped or bought outside of GOLD AVENUE.

GOLD AVENUE only stores products bought on our platform and only buys back products currently stored in our secured vaults. Once delivered, your products are no longer available for resale or storage at GOLD AVENUE.

Is there a limit to what I can resell on GOLD AVENUE?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no minimum or maximum amount. You can sell us back all the products you currently store with GOLD AVENUE.

Question 4

Do I own 100% of the precious metals I buy on GOLD AVENUE?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All the products you purchase are 100% yours and are physically stored in our vaults in Switzerland, outside the banking system. You can download a certificate of ownership listing all the products you store with us at any time from your online personal account.

Question 5

Can I store my own precious metals in your vaults?

Accepted Answer

To guarantee the high-quality of our precious metals, we cannot accept to store pre-owned products. We only offer storage for products directly purchased and stored with GOLD AVENUE. Therefore, once delivered, your GOLD AVENUE products can no longer be stored in our vaults.

Can I instantly store the precious metals I buy on GOLD AVENUE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer an instant storage solution for all the precious metals bought on our platform.

When placing your order, simply select the "insured storage" option and we will directly store your precious metals in our secured vaults.

You can view the list of your stored products on the Wallet page of your personal account.

Note that once delivered, your products are no longer available for storage at GOLD AVENUE.
